The Mining begin
As one of the outstanding pilots of the NAMADA universe, OriginStake Pilot will lead the Crew Members on the most exciting journey of the ecosystem. Members aboard the OriginStake spacecraft will be taken to the mining area to collectively acquire ROID, the most valuable reward from NAMADA.
- The Pilot and Crew will participate in a race to mine asteroids and minerals in the Namada universe.
- The mined asteroids will be converted into ROID (points), with distant planets yielding more ROID but being more challenging to mine and vice versa.
- During the expedition, the Pilot and Crew will be ranked in real-time based on the amount of ROID they have accumulated on the Nebb (leaderboard).
- Based on the accumulated ROID from the Pilot and Crew, Nebb will determine the ranking after the race and serve as the basis for the final rewards for the Pilot and Crew.

Pre-Genesis Pilot: Shielded Expedition’s official pilots, these are pilots who act as Validators, ensuring infrastructure and communication channels with the Crew and will also have to submit transaction (TX PR) to Github for registration.
Reverse Pilot: Get ready, you are the next pilot who can lead the crew across the galaxy alongside Genesis-Pilot (Please wait for specific information)
Crew: Crew members will participate in the mineral mining journey. You will choose to go with Pilots in the Genesis Pilots list and perform assigned tasks together to get rewards. Crew does not need to submit transactions or launch nodes/validators.
Special note: NAAN is a testnet token and serves the SHIELDED EXPEDITION campaign. NAAN is not a mainnet token and is not a mainnet airdrop. You will receive a reward of NAM (this is the native coin on Namada mainnet) after the campaign ends based on your achievements and contributions.
FAQs
NAAN is the native TESTNET token of the Namada Shielded Expedition.
The token is used for staking and securing the network, as well as to pay for fees.
NAM is the native token of Namada MAINNET, and will not be in the Shielded Expedition.”
The Nebb has four key features:
– The Nebb (dashboard) with global statistics on the Shielded Expedition, as well as Governance and PGF-related activity
– PILOTS ranking, with the profiles of all 10,469 Pilots, ranked by their ROIDs
– CREW MEMBERs ranking, with the profiles of all 129,238 Crew Members, ranked by their ROIDs
– Special task submission system, for submitting evidence for S Class Asteroids, compatible with the Namada Extension to sign submissions.
There is 4 Asteroid class, each asteroid class has specific Asteroids (tasks):
– Class S asteroids are special tasks, they require that participants submit evidence manually through the Nebb
– Class A asteroids are unknown – the only way to determine what they are is by continuous searching and experimenting with the protocol.
– Class B asteroids have the same task for all protocol versions (v0, v1, v2).
– Class C asteroids have a different task for each protocol version (v0, v1, v2).

We have been part of Namada since its early stages. We participated in over 15 testnets as genesis validators for Namada, and we were also part of the Community Builders program. Currently, we are genesis validators in Shielded Expedition. We have always believed that privacy is crucial, especially in today’s rapidly evolving technological landscape.
